I can accept Paypal Payment only at this point.

To pay using your Credit Card without a PayPal Account scroll down to the bottom of the page and you will find the option to pay as PayPal guest, without having to sign up. For credit card payment, please contact Paypal for the detailed procedure.

A 50% non refundable deposit is required on commissioned items at the time of request, for orders €30 and over. At the time of completion, the original piece of art will then be listed with the remainder payment due.

DRAWINGS and PRINTS on paper will be shipped not framed and not matted.

PAINTINGS on canvas will be shipped unstretched (not including stretcher boards) and unframed.

ICONS on wooden panel will be shipped unframed and no hardware attached for hanging.

DIGITAL FILES: Within 1-2 days of purchase you will get an email with the file(s) attached or a link that will allow you to download your files directly. I use ZIP files to compress images so make sure you have a program that can unZIP the files. If you are on a Mac, all you have to do is double click on the ZIP file to release the contents. On Windows, most come with the software needed but if you find yourself not having a program, there are plenty of free ones out there. A simple search on Google for "free ZIP software" will lead you to many choices. ZIP files are very easy to handle, but if you have questions feel free to convo me and we'll clear up any confusion.


I carefully package all items to ensure they arrive to you safely. The items are shipped with registered PRIORITY mail. I will ship the items by Romanian Postal Office http://www.posta-romana.ro/?lang=en_US It is safe and fast. Usually it takes 5-25 days to main countries. It might occasionally be delayed by custom procedure or bad weather. But in most cases, it is fast. 
If you need your package to be faster, I can use express services to send it to you, but the shipping costs are higher, depending on the package and where you live.

I will send you a notification that your order was processed. The shipping will be made to the ADDRESS provided by PayPal, unless other address preferred and requested by you in advance. Please make sure that the address you select for delivery is the one you expect the item to be shipped to. I ship with registered mail that you must sign for, or pick up later at the post office.

DELIVERY TIME varies and depends solely on the post office so I can't give you an exact time frame. Europe: 5-10 working days; everywhere else: 7-25 working days

. Please allow 3-5 extra business days if you are ordering a CUSTOM artwork (custom icons will take longer: 1-2 weeks for writing and 3-6 weeks for drying).

In the unlikely event that you don't receive your item in 30 days since your order please let me know.

The LAST day for CHRISTMAS Deliveries in Romania is December 10 and for all INTERNATIONAL orders is November 30.

Buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.

For best results, a large, high-resolution digital photo is needed. Most professional photos will make great drawings. Please send your photos to me through the 'contact' tab and I can advise you on which one I believe would make a better portrait for you. I'd be happy to discuss any special requests, such as different poses, different size or specific colors, BEFORE you make your purchase.

PHOTO TIPS - for a custom portrait:
* photos taken in natural light
* photos that are close-ups on the face and show the shoulders and whole head
* a high resolution photograph - 300 pixels per inch is a good setting for me to work with

The time it takes to create a custom portrait can be between 1 day to a month depending on the clients request and my schedule. However if you need a piece sooner please let me know, I'll be more than happy to work with you. At the time of completing the piece, it will then be listed in my shop with a special reserve for you. In addition, I will convo you with the notice of completion.

Once the piece is purchased, it will be sent to you by email either same or next business day!
